Someone has to take it in
Greens are food. If nobody is home, tell us a shaded, sheltered spot at checkout — below −5°C we won't leave anything on a step.
Living trays travel upright
Trays go in a crate, not a bag. Water them the day they arrive and keep them out of a cold entryway.
Pickup at the shop
Free, any day we're open. We'll hold an order for 48 hours, then it goes to the cooler for walk-in trade.
If something is wrong
Tell us within three days of receipt and we'll replace or refund it. That window is short because the product is perishable.
