Shipping and returns
We deliver with our own van across the Lakeland district. Seed and supplies can ship by post. Fresh greens never do.
Local delivery
Orders close Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. for Thursday delivery. Greens are harvested the morning of the run. Free delivery in Cold Lake and Grand Centre on orders over $35; a flat fee applies elsewhere in the district.
- Zone 1 — Cold Lake, Grand Centre: free over $35, Thursday
- Zone 2 — 4 Wing / Medley, Cold Lake First Nations: $6, Thursday
- Zone 3 — Bonnyville, St. Paul: $9, Friday
- Zone 4 — Lac La Biche: $12, alternate Fridays
Cold-weather rule Below −5°C we will not leave a perishable order unattended. If nobody can receive it, we bring it back to the shop and hold it for pickup for 48 hours.
Pickup at the garden centre
Pickup is free during shop hours. We hold paid orders for 48 hours. After that, perishable items go to the cooler for walk-in trade and we issue a credit rather than a refund.
Shipping seed and supplies
Sealed seed packets, bulk seed, trays, medium and grow lights ship anywhere in Canada by post, usually within two business days of the order. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us.
Cut microgreens and living trays are never shipped by post or courier. They do not survive a depot, and we would rather turn down the sale than send you something that arrives dead.
Returns
Fresh greens follow the three-day perishable window set out in our refund policy. Unopened seed and unused supplies can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging.

- Opened seed, medium and used trays — not returnable
- Grow lights and hardware — 30 days, in resalable condition
